We do not require account registration, user profiles, or passwords to play Showsdle. We only collect information in the following limited ways:

How We Share Your Information

Space Made Code LLC does not sell, lease, or trade your personal information. We share limited data only with trusted infrastructure providers (subprocessors) essential to operating Showsdle:

• Vercel & Cloudflare: Global web hosting, edge routing, DDoS protection, and security verification.
• Resend: Transactional email transport service used strictly to deliver "Request a Show" and "Contact / Feedback" form submissions to our team.
• PostHog / Analytics: Anonymized, aggregated gameplay and funnel metrics (such as riddle completion rates and outbound merch link clicks) to improve puzzle balance and user experience.

Data Retention & Security

In accordance with Space Made Code LLC’s CAISS (Clean, Adaptive, Innovative, Secure, Scalable) engineering methodology, we implement industry-standard technical and cryptographic safeguards—including HTTPS/TLS encryption and server-side HMAC verification—to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Form inquiries are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request or comply with legal obligations.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
